Deionize and minimize the TOC (total organic carbon) in water FDA-compliant Deionization Cartridges are designed for deionizing water at 16 M��, the mixed-bed cartridges also minimize the TOC (total organic carbon) level. Liquid flows through a bed. Not a double or single open-end cartridge. Compatible with any 9-3/4' housing without a center rod (i.e. 01508-25 or VPN 150068). Not compatible with 01508-40 or 01508-41 (VPN 156017-02 or 156018-02). All materials are FDA-compliant.
