• LIVE EDGE SLABS MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE BARK. Due to the fact that live edge wood is a dynamic material it is common for the bark to fall off. Live edge refers to the natural edge of the log where its ourter sapwood meets its bark.
• Perfect for a quick flip or a diy project! From center pieces and shelving to serving trays and charcuterie boards.
• All our slabs are kiln dried and heat treated in our dehumidification kiln.
• All slabs have different character. Inluding differing amounts of sapwood and heartwood, knots, checks, and even some curl!
• Rough sawn slabs may require flattening depending on your application.
